The Seismological Society of American recently honored ERL/EAPS graduate student Manuel Florez for contibuting one of the best student presentations at their 2017 Annual Meeting.  Florez presented work he did in collaboration with Prof. German Prieto entitled "Constraining Earthquake Source Properties Using Depth Phases".  You can check out his abstract and images from his poster below.  More info on the award can be found at the SAS website.  The photo above shows Florez presenting at the 2017 ERL Annual Founding Members Meeting.
