Biographical Overview
Dr. Li completed his PhD in 2021 working with Prof. Laurent Demant as part of the of the Computational Science and Engineering program at MIT, and is now a postdoctoral associate working with Prof. Youssef Marzouk.. He received his BASc in Engineering Science (Aerospace) from the University of Toronto in 2013, and his MASc from the University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies in 2015. He is currently a PhD student in Professor Laurent Demanet's group as part of the Computational Science and Engineering program at MIT. Broadly speaking his research interests include uncertainty quantification, full-waveform inversion, signal processing, and numerical analysis. Outside of work Matt loves both playing and watching hockey.
