Prof. Herbert Einstein and his lab, based in MIT’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE), recently became an official part of ERL (although they had already been working with us on some key projects). ERL Students Aid Search for Drinking Water on St. Lucia
During MIT’s January 2016 Independent Activities Period, ERL grad students accompanied Prof. Dale Morgan to the Caribbean Island of St. Lucia, where they helped the government find new sources of drinking water while getting hands-on experience in applied geophysics.
