Biographical Overview:

Mathilde completed her Master’s in March of 2022 and is now a field technician at the Alaska Earthquake Center. She worked with Prof. William Frank in the Tectonophysics group, first at USC starting in 2018 and then at MIT, on the detection and characterization of Long Period Earthquakes in volcanic swarms. She is broadly interested in volcanism and mechanisms related to it (ex: seismology, magmatism, hydrology, glaciology).
